Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Enocher (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receipt. To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange for the exchange process. Exchanged item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

3. Return & Exchange Procedure

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive further instructions, including the return shipping address (if applicable).
  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return shipment to ensure its safe arrival.
  • Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return and exchange criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.
  • For exchanges, the new item(s) will be shipped to you once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after receipt.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item(s) are received and inspected. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
